In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” I hereby give my consent to the Operator — the personal data operator, the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Agroexport” (FSBI “Agroexport”), located at: Premises I, 9 Zemlyanoy Val St., Moscow, Russian Federation — to process my personal data to the following extent:
- Surname, First Name, Patronymic;
- e-mail address;
- mobile phone number;
- job title and place of employment.
The purpose of personal data processing is to facilitate interaction between the Personal Data Subject and FSBI “Agroexport”.
The personal data that I consent to the processing of includes: Surname, First Name, Patronymic, e-mail address, mobile phone number, job title, and place of employment.
The Operator may perform the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer to the third parties specified below*, blocking, anonymization, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
*List of third parties to whom personal data may be provided:
- Masterhost LLC (Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 7703797777);
- Unisender SMART LLC (Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 9731091240).
Method of personal data processing: mixed processing (both with and without the use of automated means) and automated processing (with the use of automated means).
This consent shall remain valid for the entire period during which I use my Personal Account with FSBI “Agroexport”. Procedure for withdrawal of consent: this consent may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a written application to FSBI “Agroexport”.

I have read and understood the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” and the FSBI “Agroexport” Personal Data Processing Policy.
